(TSXV: INLA / OTCQB: INLAF), is pleased to announce that it has closed the previously announced non-brokered private placement by issuing a total 7,500,000 common shares, at a price of CDN$0.10 per common share, to raise gross proceeds of CDN$750,000. The common shares issued under this private placement will be subject to a hold period of four months from the closing date.
The proceeds from this offering will be primarily used to fund the launch of Interlapse’s virtual currency platform, coincurve.com into key international markets.
